PlayStation VR2: Sony's Virtual Reality Headset Gets an Update
Sony PlayStation Blog recently updated its post, detailing the past development and future plans for PS VR2. The high-end virtual reality headset was launched last year, but its high price and limited number of exclusive games have hindered its success in the market.

This allowed them to create a SteamVR driver program that enables full six-degree-of-freedom (6DOF) tracking functionality in conjunction with the headset. With its advanced features like 2000Hz IMU and 60Hz SLAM, it performs similarly to PS5's built-in motion sensing technology.
